Each month during our Moments of Insight - Executive ZOOM Round Table you will learn key fundamentals and ways to implement these key strategies to gain results in your service business. During these training sessions we will TEACH IN A DEEP DIVE the 6-CORE Business Fundamentals from The Fix It Queen Academy™ 21-Hours to Business Success Program. You can find our schedule for 2025 below, as well as through the reminder emails sent through the program.
2025 BROADCAST - LIVESTREAM 12 MONTH SCHEDULE*
*We do our best to ensure LIVE BROADCASTS and access to expertise stays on PLAN! In the event that adjustments are made due to unforeseen causes, we will notify all program members so that ability to align and train will be available.
Each month during your implementation strategy session we will use what is taught in our Moments of Insight Sessions in a way that is tailored to your business. If you did not attend the LIVE STREAM for the month, watch the REPLAY before booking your implementation session. This will allow time to be use resourcefully to act vs. learn what is in replay for you!
Your success is built upon your willingness to commit to the mission and it's executable plan designed in these strategy meetings. These meetings are held in ZOOM. If you are in the local Denver, CO. area, these sessions can be held in person; Note: In-Person seats and schedules are limited and on a 1st come, 1st serve basis each month for availability.
These sessions are an L8 Support Level. Other implementation levels range from L1-L11 depending on your program inclusions. Please refer to your program specifics to understand the Levels of Support available for your business. Fractional Services via our Shared Resources Center are part of implementation support!
Prior to the session you will receive a reminder email with your private ZOOM link (or if in person, the location and time of the meeting).
In this email, it will have the Meeting Agenda outlining the reporting of in progress and completed assignments, the development of new assignments and the delegation and schedule of commitments to these tasks.
If you are part of our ANNUAL program we will be doing 4 Quarters of 12-week Sprint Planning. If you are a Month-to-Month member we will do 1 Quarter of 4-week Sprint Planning.

A: Upon enrollment your 1st session should have been scheduled as part of the Free Consultation and Assessment Meetings. From there, at the end of each session, the setting of the next session is done. If you are ever unsure when the session is, email Sessions@BringMoreValue.com for your next session scheduled in our system. Should there be no sessions our team will promptly set it up and send the ZOOM links or Location and Timing that works within current availability.

A: If you miss your session, don't worry. Our team will reach out to set up your next session for the following month. Milestones and plans move forward as agreed and upon the next personal strategy session the pace will pick up from the last session of planning and milestone commitments. These planning sessions are for your success. It is best to make them a priority in order to gain maximum performance from using the proven methods taught in the program.

A: Each member has agreed to either Monthly or Annually with option to pay monthly. Custom terms are available for projects and extended service agreements.
M2M: If you have a month-to-month program, your credit towards fractional services, products, coaching or consulting sessions must be used before the end of your month's participation. Each month of renewal resets the credit available for the current period.
12M - Monthly Auto Pay: If you have annually, your credit towards fractional services, products, coaching or consulting sessions must be used before the end of your month's participation for your Auto-Pay period. Each month of renewal resets the credit available for the current period.
12M - Pre-Paid: If you have annually, your credit towards fractional services, products, coaching or consulting sessions must be used before the end of your month's participation with ability to accrue up to 1 Quarter of Support dynamically as fractional billing, etc. concludes each week and month. Each Year of renewal resets the credit available for the current period. Pre-Paid CREDIT not used within the open service and billing period(s) that are ending without renewal can be used for a period of 30 days following pre-paid period.
12M - Monthly Auto Pay: CREDIT LINE* for services in GROWTH PHASES. For select VIP Fast-Track Clients that have been with Bring More Value Inc. for 12 months or longer, have access to accrual billing upon request and approval*.
We work through dashboards to ensure we capture needs and drive them to DONE.
