Chief Technology Officer

Technology Engineer with diverse experience offering a wide range of technology services.

As a former Lockheed Martin Employee he held a secret clearance and worked on a program focused on Signal Intelligence whose customer was the Air Force.  Following successful projects for government agencies he was selected for an innovations team for Dish Network where he composed maintainable and extensive code in a team environment to implement a new UI for Dish's Hopper as he worked with other software development teams to implement back-end APIs with the front end.   

 As a former Sr. Amazon Employee front-end engineer under the Alexa Organization for the past 2 years, he has assisted in creating integration for over 30+ platforms that sourced data for analysts.  The internal team he was on, Sensai Platform, was where he serviced all the data scientists and internal teams under Alexa as a one stop shop platform for all machine learning needs.  As an integral part of overseeing 30+ apps onboard  onto the platform, he  provided “away” team support.  One of the biggest notable apps he took 1st hand in migrating into the platform was the Inspector App which enabled scientists to listen to utterance data and view metadata on that utterance.  Additional successes include his research, development and launch of Lineage; this APP integration enabled customers to view the lineage of datasets and traverse forwards and backwards to see the consumers and producers of a particular dataset.

Sr. Engineer II

Adding well-rounded technology services to Bring More Value Inc,  

Chad is an added strength and asset to Bring More Value Inc.  

With 5+ years in the Amazon organization, he holds an astute position within the SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technology) organization.  As a SDE-II, he has contributed great value to the Amazon organization in ways to create and further scale their technology growth.

▸ Notable project 1: He designed, developed, and launched the “Same Day Scheduled Delivery Program” (2 to 3 hour delivery slots with delivery before end of day) across multiple services.

▸ Notable project 2: He researched and designed a convergence plan for two separate chains of backend systems for two separate delivery messaging programs, where ownership spanned across a several different organizations.

Chief Financial Officer

CPA and Tax Professional offering services  from decades experience in a wide range of Financial Service Positions.

A former Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS (Tulsa,OK) and auditor with the Department of Interior Office of Inspector General (Lakewood, CO www.doioig.gov.), and as a budget analyst for the Defense Finance Accounting Service (www.dfas.mil). 

He operates in a CPA firm capacity as a joint venture with Bring More Value Inc.  to provide specialized support services in taxes and finances.  

Past notable activities: 

Client activities include major league baseball players traveling globally; and in the securities area he has worked as a Series 7 Registered Representative with three brokerage firms. 

He received his CPA license from the state of Colorado in 1986 was also licensed as a Series 7 and Series 63 Registered Representative. 

Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

 We're thrilled to have Andrew Hasley join us at Bring More Value Inc. as our Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. Andrew, renowned for his engaging storytelling on the COS Business Podcast, brings a rich background in content creation and corporate storytelling. His expertise extends into videography and photography, enhancing his ability to craft visually compelling and resonant content across various media.

In his new role, Andrew will lead our go-to-market strategies and campaign launches, aiming to strengthen our presence both in the community and on digital platforms. His unique blend of creative storytelling and strategic marketing skills is set to elevate our brand's visibility and engagement significantly. We look forward to the innovative approaches and transformative impact Andrew will bring to our marketing initiatives, confident in his ability to drive our projects and campaigns to new heights.

Jr. Certified Value Coach

 Introducing Bethany, a true asset who brings a perfect balance of warmth and competency to our team. With a diverse background in legal and program implementation, Bethany is a tremendous asset. 

Leveraging her past career experiences, she is dedicated to providing unmatched guidance and support to our DIT Program clients. By utilizing the 6-CORE Fundamentals taught in the program syllabuses, Bethany enhances clients' experiences and unlocks infinite possibilities with a creative and intentional approach. Her commitment to quantifiable progress ensures our clients receive exceptional results and personalized growth opportunities. Bethany's expertise adds value and contributes to the success of our clients' journeys. 

L1/L2 - Administration Support

 
Meet Soleste, also known as Sol, our warm and competent L1/L2 Administration Support within the AlphaAdmin Shared Resource Center. As an AlphaAdmin L1/L2, Sol serves as an invisible bridge for our VIP clients, enabling simplified processes and reducing administration costs and turnover shrinkage for companies in our VIP Fast-Track program. 

With her customer service expertise and data entry skills, Sol plays a crucial role in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our clients' success. Her dedication ensures seamless customer service and efficient data management, contributing to the overall success of our clients and their administrative support growth.
